Outstanding service. I contacted Tiptop because I developed a health issue related to mold. I received their complete written report several days later even though it was over the Christmas holiday. Wow, what an amazing customer service!! We had a leak from our bathroom sink and knew there was a lot of water that flooded the garage below us. I do came out to assess and thoroughly inspected our floor, walls, ceilings, etc. Luckily, the wooden floors will dry and we did a good initial job of soaking up the water so we did not need his restoration services. But what amazing customer service to come out for an assessment, perfectly on time and extremely thorough. Highly recommended!!!
Dan and the TipTop crew came out almost immediately and I was very pleased. They did everything that they said they were going to do and beyond that, they called me a few days later to ensure that I was satisfied. My experience was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone!
There were three different guys that I talked to from TipTop and each one was quite knowledgeable, very friendly and did their jobs really well. We will recommend them and if we have to have such service again, we'll call them for sure. They were very conscious of what they were doing and had the little machine with them to check the dryness. It was great. We'll call them for sure.
