The technician was professional, polite, and very patient as he explained the issue and walked me through the repair process. I appreciated how reliable and courteous Jose was, and he left the job site clean and on time. In a short span I went from a stressful situation to a resolved problem, and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing services.

Tip Top is correct. What a perfect job José did. I was so pleased with his work and his congenial attitude. Wow. Each time I complimented José he never failed to say that's what my company does. My old toilet was removed and my new one installed with expertise. The job was clean and done quickly. Do yourself a favor, if you need any plumbing work call Tip Top. Maybe you'll even be lucky enough to get José. I got a great job done and I made a friend.
