I will always go to Gallup Nail Spa, but the particular day I went it was packed and people weren't being served the order they came so I left, and went here. I regret my choices. I still had to wait 20+ minutes. My cuticles we not pushed back making my nails look 3 weeks grown out and causing my hair to snag in them. This was my 1st and last visit I asked for a deluxe manicure and the lady didn't even give me half of the stuff,post for a deluxe manicure when ended up 30 dollars I told her I didn't want a gel polish for a pedicure either I end up spending 70 dollars for a horrible service and she clipped my skin I'd rather stick to my nail spa where their professional and I asked her a new pack of tools and she said there was none

I should have looked at the reviews before I decided to go get my nails done. Lousy job done. Gel polish is pretty simple to do/how can you mess this up! He didn't prep my nails correctly, didn't apply nail right & what really surprised me was he didn't put on cuticle oil! I should have known by the look at he work station - dirty as well as the section of nail tip on display. I would never go back for that service again or recommend to anyone to go here.

I went in at a time there were only a few cars outside. In the 45 min I was here, the manager took off my gel polish and passed me off to another lady who was already helping someone to help another customer. I've never seen such bad customer service at a nail salon in my life. And from the manager? I'd hate to see what the rest of the employees are like. He could've cared less that I was leaving a dissatisfied customer. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!!
