I guess my friend love it because she is always getting her nails done there.
I've been going there for 25+ yrs. I've seen a lot of them come and go there, and sometimes Lucy works my last nerves, but she gets me right. She's older, more detailed, she takes good care of my foot issues and she has a great eye for color and designs. I travel from the Westside to be serviced by her and I'll take her sister if she's not there.
The Staff is so disrespectful, they had me sitting with my fingers in acetone for 1 hour. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE... I WALKED OUT, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE
The lady that does the eyebrows is ace in my book. I got a pedicure also but they didn't a wide enough selection of colors. I wanted a lighter blue than what I settled for.
Always great customer service. And Lucie and her sister are the BEST!!!!
Lisa is no longer there, so I will not be going back. The people there now are not good. They seem to do minimal in order to get more people in the chairs and are not concerned with quality of work.
