Omg. If I could leave 10 stars I would. they did a fantastic job. genuinely, I’m from NYC and even most salons there didn’t do me this right. They’re very sweet and attentive, and QUICK! I worked with Alvin and Kelly and they were both friendly, focused, and talented. Kelly in particular is fantastic with shaping. I’m definitely coming back and can’t wait to see what they do in the future.
I agreed to help the owner, Kelly (Nhu), while she was on vacation, even on days I wasn’t scheduled, because she kept asking me to come. My regular schedule was four days a week, but I tried to come in daily to help. I told her I was busy on extra days, but I agreed to come as I can. This was my second time here. The first visit was with different technician and it was fine, but this time was unacceptable. I had a pedicure and the technician rushed, did not seem to disinfect her tools, and the polish looked ugly and sloppy. Now my big toe is in extreme pain, something that has never happened to me before, and I am seeing a doctor hoping it is not an infection. Completely unsanitary and I am never coming back.
The girls are all great
Just came from this place to get my eyebrows done and I specifically asked her to clean me up that’s it! Here she goes cutting my whole damn arch off my brow! Smh exactly why you shouldn’t try new places! NEVER AGAIN will I return! You can tell that lady ain’t know what she was doing! Worse experience here! She was nice though but services provided sucked
