Extremely unprofessional and plain out rude. I called to ask a general question and two different male employees hung up in my face. Also, they do not service Pooler.
Got the automatic opener remote fixed. The one we have mounted on the wall and one of our wireless ones kept in hubby's truck were not working right. The technician got down to the bottom of the problem and fixed it. Some kind of radio signal issue, I think. Either way it works like a dream now. The cost of the quote was waived with the service I had done so that is real nice too.
These guys are very professional with what they offer. Robin was a sweetheart over the telephone and Mr. Gilroy was a wizard with my garage door opener. You absolutely must give them a call and see what they can do for you.
