We went in for pedicures, tried to talk to the techs, several times to ask a question, but they never once looked up at us or acknowledged us. Both were coughing, luckily they had masks on. They cut nails rounded and way shorter on one side of the nail. Employees were all parked in the fire lanes so I couldn’t even drop my elderly mom off or pick her up using the ramp! We won’t be back.

I had to reschedule an appointment, because life happens. I called today to make an appointment and I was told I had to be a walk-in due to rescheduling. Horrible customer service. In all honesty, they didn’t do the best job. I was constantly having to go back in because my nails would start falling off after just a few days. They would make me pay every time, when they failed to do a good job on my nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
