Lady was very rude and awful pedicure...have been several times in the past and been very pleased up until now. Did not do half of what is included such as getting the dead skin off. Normally this place always uses a shaver and she had it in her basket and didnt use. I asked if she was going to use the shaver and she rolled her eyes at me and started talking in another language.
