I can’t talk about the quality but I can talk about my experience. I went in to ask if I could get change for a $20. The lady sitting closest to the door said that she could not in a very rude tone. I thanked her and turned out to walk out. When I got to the door, a nail tech said that she had changed. The lady closest to the door slammed her hands on the desk. Rude! Unfortunately I had to very politely reschedule my appointment here twice this week, both times giving more than 24 hours notice. The second time they told me no more changes! Fine, I told them they just lost a customer then. Yuki was so good too, but I’m too disappointed with the rudeness of whomever just answered the phone so won’t go back. I’m going to stick with MoMo’s on Dry Creek, it’s a bit farther for me but they are always so pleasant there, very reasonably priced, and they do a very nice job.

My nail broke after getting it done Thursday one of the ladies did an amazing job fixing it! Absolutely beautiful job!
