Dr. Hrnack was very nice and thorough. His office staff was super nice and I don't think waiting more than 5 minutes to be seen. He laid out all of my options and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend him and his office.
I went first for my knee, he took the time to listen to me and then feel my knee. He made me feel I could trust him; a few months later I took my son to him so that he could see what was going on with his leg. He gave us different options, took X-Rays and ordered a CT scan to make sure a surgery was needed. Surgery went perfect and to the "T," everything he said would happen has and now we wouldn't go with any other orthopedic. I would highly recommend him.
I’ve had Hrnack perform threree surgies and me (motorcycle accident) and everyone of them came out with the best possible results. He is super personable and I always feel like I’m meeting with a friend. He deeply cares about his patients and always gave me confidence about the treatment. Great guy that does great work. What more could you want?
I went in with a distal radius fracture. Dr. Hrnack made me feel at ease from the first visit. He was kind and empathetic. The surgery went great. He saw me on all follow up visits and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed. I asked to see my X-rays on each visit and never felt like I was taking up too much of his time. I recommend him wholeheartedly. I'm only disappointed because he doesn't treat spinal injuries!
He would NOT give me EYE Contact. I've been an Administrator in Health Care for 22 years and he is a complete narcissist. I addressed him on the EYE contact, he completed my sentence, as if he hears this often! He said i know i dont give Eye contact. He tried to redirect appointment, saying we got off on the wrong foot but was NOT at all compassionate and didn't even offer me a tissue when I started to cry . He acted like my Rheumatoid arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Spinal stenosis was no big deal
I've actually had 3 knee surgeries with Dr. Hrnack, 2 of which were ACL replacements. He's not only a great surgeon, he's a great guy. He genuinely cares about his patients.
I really liked everything about Dr. Hrnack. I've worked in the medical field for 25 yrs as a nurse, having a bit of experience w/doctors on different levels. He's an original in my book~has a positive, upbeat personality, very knowledgeable & approachable. Ask, he'll take the time to explain. My post leukemia 25 yo son had a nasty break to left tibia. Asking for recommendations, the PA that dx his fx, told us about Hrnack. He mended him right up. NO residual issues 14mths out. Recommended
My experiance was terrible. He would not even touch me to exam me. He insisted that I just needed time. I explained I have lupus & was immune surpressant but that did not phase him. I went to get a second opinion somewhere else. Turns out my injury was septic I required emergancy surgery and hospitalization for IV antibiotic treatment. My visit experiance consisted of Dr. Hrnack practically yelling at me from accross the room & never making eye contact.
