My son waited for weeks to get into this office. Reagan the office manager is awesome; however, Dr. Tiongco sucks!. Not personable for someone who works with people in crisis. Asked questions that were irrelevant like reading the ingredients on a diet coke can. My son went to school for nutrition and knows what is needed for a healthy diet. Also immediately without knowing my son said he wasn't ADHD. Addressed nothing and through the video chat rolled her eyes at my son. Dr. Tiongco is a very caring, knowledgeable, personable and empathetic. She has helped me through many crises and by following her treatment plan I now have the best health, mentally and physically, in my life. Her office is very clean and her staff are very courteous and prompt when need be.

Dr. Tiongco has helped both of my children overcome and live with ADHD and anxiety. She asks good questions and truly does care about each patient. She is sometimes blunt and doesn't always tell you what you want to hear, she always tells you what you need to hear. Highly recommended if you have a child dealing with mental health issues.
