I had a very frustrating experience with one of the shunter drivers, and his actions directly caused my load to be cancelled. Instead of working to resolve the situation, he escalated it unnecessarily, showing a complete lack of professionalism and teamwork. On top of that, his driving skills leave a lot to be desired.
