Roach infested rude people you can find a better place Lived here over a year. The front desk lady is rude and unprofessional the apartment manager is ok he has his ups and downs. They only fix what they have to. The maintenance guy is helpful probably the best thing about the building. There are tons of roaches I don't just mean one or two but here are hundreds in each apartments they spray about every couple of months but they need to spray every week. They tell you that you have free wifi but you can only get it in the la... read more
Tioga Apartments is HELL NEVER live there the apartments are crawling with roaches in the hall ways in the apartments they are absolutely disgusting they looked alright when we checked them out and did the walk through but our first night there they all came out it was like a horror movie. I understand that its an old building but people shouldn't even be able to live there. Not only that but now they say that I owe them tons of money cause I never gave a 30 day notice and i abandoned my apartment which is bull we spent 3 da... read more
Poorest management I have seen in my 60 years I read the review about the roaches but I am in a circumstance to where I will be in a wheel chair and the apartments would have been ideal for my situation. Let me just say that the Tioga Apartments would be better off if they let the roaches manage the place. I called them on 6 occassions and told her it would be ideal for me. I told her I would try to make it to see them by 3 on a Friday and she said that would be fine when she could stop rambling long enough. The reason I spo... read more
Downtown Apartments The Tioga Apartments are in a older renovated historic hotel in downtown Merced. There have been numerous updates and amenities added to the hotel. It is located within walking distance of any downtown shopping and bus lines for those who do not have cars. It is a great place for students because the bus for the new Universtiy of California comes right by the facility. There is washing facilites, protected entry keys, elevators and well as stairs.
