First time walking in. The place smelled like a locker room. Asked for regular nail polish and lady couldn’t understand. Kept giving me gel colors and had me sit. No water ready.

I have been a customer for most of this year, I could only come in today and needed dipped nail color… biggest mistake ever. In the past my tech has done great work, this time I got Susan …. First thing she did was nic my pinky and said oh I’m so sorry! That should have been my first red flag. My nails turn out terrible, they are thick and wavy. Never again will I let Susan touch me in any way! She insisted I get my brows waxed!!!! I tried explaining that my brows are tattooed on lol not sure she understood!
went in & it was busy which is fine. waited about 30 minutes to be sat. my nail tech was Susan which i’ve had before and i’ve had this expierence every single time i’ve went. she cut my cuticle, and sealed it, then continued to keep cutting them and cut me again. my cuticles were grinded with a nail grinder. she was rude and kept yanking my arm towards her, i understand me being too far from you but a simple “can you scoot forward” would have worked. i will not be coming back here which makes me sad because i loved it when b... read more
