I saw Dr Chang on the 29th of October. I am still waiting for test results from that day! Her office has not responded after multiple calls from me. I had a bad experience with her that day. She was very rude and condescending. That was not the case on previous visits but after the last visit I will not go back. I’ve also had some questionable charges on my Medicare EOB’s.
Staff are very caring, helpful, professional, and efficient. Dr. Chang is very friendly, knowledgable, listens, and cares. She always has a solution/treatment for your derm problems. You couldn't ask for a better doctor or office.
