Love this page. Makes me think of all the possibilities
Beautiful concept, artistry and artisanal skills. I'm focusing on a second home, however, and the price and, to some degree, the rhetoric, has confirmed my initial inclination to stick with earth bag building.
My Mom loves these tiny houses so when visiting the area, our cousin took us to see them. Mr. Darby gave us a grand tour and spent over an hour showing us his homes and explaining his business. When we arrived it was nearly closing time but he welcomed us in and gave us a great tour. Very friendly and informative.
I wouldn't recommended them to ANYONE. They are very judgmental and pretty much told me I didn't have enough money to buy because I was too young.. Way to loose someone's business, younger adults have money too, even some have way more than you think... Sorry asses!!
So many wonderful ideas for my next tiny home! Love the personal side of it, too. Such honesty!

This page is rife with extreme right wing personal politics and philosophies stuffed into nearly every post. I thought it was supposed to be about tiny houses???
As a tiny home dweller in the making, I joined this site to view ideas and share energy efficiency ideas with others. But it turns out the person who runs this site is anti-global warming (then why the hell are you worried about energy efficiency and salvage?) and pushing his posts to promote gun laws (not related to tiny housing AT ALL.) I would look anywhere else before joining this tiny home site again. Get a grip.
Very nice buildings BUT run by absolutely rude people AND ridiculously priced. So you think you might want to purchase - you must pay $20 a person to even tour their buildings
