My daughter needed some work done on her teeth and they wanted to do IV sedation and she is only 3. We decided that day to cancel, because we didn’t feel comfortable with the IV sedation. So when I called to see when her next appointment is, they said she couldn’t come back since we canceled the same day and didn’t give them a 48hr notice. They could of just gave me a fee to pay, instead of not letting her come back at all.
We have never taken our children to a pediatric dentist before. I took my 8 year old, 2 1/2 year old, and 1 year old for their cleaning. The hygienists were wonderful, and Dr. Healy took the time to answer all my questions. We were very happy!
This is the best dentist I've ever seen. My son actually looks forward to going. The staff is friendly and efficient.
My son had an injury and they got him in fast and treated him so well. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and the appointment and our waiting time were really smooth and with minimal waiting. Beautiful facility too! We will be back with the rest of our kids - it's worth traveling an hour to have an experience like this! Thank you Dr. Healy and staff!
Took my grandson there for his appointment, checked in and never got called back to see the dentist. We left after sitting in the waiting room for over a hour. We even arrived there early.
Love taking my kids here sweet staff and games in waiting room to keep them busy while we wait!!!
