We have been coming to this pediatric dentistry for the last 3 1/2 years! We started with one of our kids to do some pediatric dentistry work. It was a great and very professional experience so we transferred all our kids to this office. Dr. Song is professional, caring, and most importantly honest. And in our experience, he has been doing a phenomenal job. It is so important to find the right doctor or dentist for your kids. And I think we found the one. have visited this office twice for my daughter. The first visit was regarding a tooth with visible decay. They did a full checkup and initially said everything looked fine. When I specifically pointed out the decayed tooth, I was told that it was normal for her age and that no treatment was needed at that time. The second visit was for completing a school dental form. My kids had good experience here. Doctor and staffs are very kind, and provide good treatment.
I completely agree with Tina Trinh's previous comment!!! And I'll add: They'll come up with any excuse to "treat" your child and take a bunch of x-rays. They will do everything possible to ensure you receive the maximum number of services and maximize your insurance coverage. They treat your child as a paying customer, not a sick patient.
My son had an accident while on vacation in the area and I reached out to Tiny Teeth and Dr Song was able to see us right away and took great care of my son. He was so helpful, kind, and comforting to my upset child. We are so blessed to find him and would recommend his practice and lovely staff to anyone.
