Called 2 days in advance to reschedule my kids dentist appointment. Unfortunately I was 30 minutes short of their 48 hour rule and is still charged $98!!! I’m sorry but I’m going to take my business elsewhere!! Anyone with kids knows that they are prone to fevers. Please beware if your kids get sick, they won’t waive fees! I can’t deal with dental offices that is all about profits and no compassion. There goes $98 for having a sick child. I am definitely not coming back!
We still drive to Irvine for our four kids from the Inland Empire. Dr. Song and his staff are absolutely the best!! I say that with conviction. His pricing is always more than fair and he does an amazing job on the kids. Ricky in the front office is always friendly and super flexible with our schedule. I would give them 20 stars if I could!

I was bringing my kids to this place last 3-4 years, even we moved to different city, still coming here. But doctor asked me one time, why we are coming to his office even we moved? But I didn’t think too much. But just few days ago, he said one of my kids has gum disease and if he can’t brush teeth good for the next appointment, we need to find different doctor in our area. How come he said that to his customer? I will report about this to Dental Board of California as well. Can’t let it go.
