I was bringing my kids to this place last 3-4 years, even we moved to different city, still coming here. But doctor asked me one time, why we are coming to his office even we moved? But I didn’t think too much. But just few days ago, he said one of my kids has gum disease and if he can’t brush teeth good for the next appointment, we need to find different doctor in our area. How come he said that to his customer? I will report about this to Dental Board of California as well. Can’t let it go.
My daughter had been a patient here for years without issue. Recently, we needed to reschedule an appointment on the same day. The staff informed me of a $50 rescheduling fee, which I disputed since we were not canceling but simply requesting a new date. I spoke with the office manager, Ricky or Rickie, who insisted on the fee and abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking. 5 stars for sweet Kimberly, she is AMAZING with littles! My 4 year son has always been scared to get his teeth cleaned, but today, with her friendly communication, and sweet personality my son felt very comfortable with her! She is a true professional!
