I've never pre-ordered by anytime I've came in for a special occasion they were not only friendly but really flexible with combining some of their existing options. Really great place to get flowers on your way home, thank you Tiny Flower for helping make Valentines special!
Very disappointed with the purchase this time. I paid over $100 for my girlfriend to have some beautiful fresh roses for Valentine’s Day. And when I go to pick up, the roses are already old, dry, wrinkled and have blackness. Considering to switch and recommend my friends to not shop here as well.
bought a bouquet here and while it was beautiful, it went over my stated budget, infested the rest of my houseplants at home with mealybugs, and included chrysanthemums when I specifically requested only plants that are safe around cats. I have bought houseplants here in the past without issue and again the bouquet itself was beautiful but overall not pleased with this :(
Been coming to this shop for years. As a self care indulgence, I make it a point to get some fresh flowers for my hotel room whenever I go on vacay. This is my go to spot in TO. The owner is knowledge, creative and flowers seem to be her talent. Reasonably priced and always stunning. I am absolutely in love with Peonies!!
