Never received gift ordered after being told it was delivered
I bought this bracelet for one of my granddaughters for her birthday. I was thinking of a Pandora bracelet but didn't realize they are sized for adults. I was very pleased to find this bracelet was just what I was looking for and in a perfect size for a 4 year old. It is packaged very nicely and made her feel very special. Which of course she is. Thank you and I will recommend these to friends
Not happy with the long length. I was looking for infant sizes. Actual earring were nice though
This review is focused on customer service. Unfortunately, for my latest purchases, which i have not received and is long overdue, it has been one of the most challenging experiences trying to get in touch with someone — or even hear back from them. I am still currently attempting to speak with a representative. That said, the product itself is fantastic. The quality is excellent, and the packaging feels truly premium and prestigious. I just hope the customer service can eventually reflect the same high standard.
