4.5 if there is was an option!! There were a couple mistakes with my tint the first time, not too crazy! They (and myself) Wanted to correct it!! No Charge of course....Which meant ripping it off and starting again on a couple windows!! Nice, Friendly, willing to do what's right these guys are good! Worth every Dollar to me! Once I get my windshield replaced that's next...
