I’ve had a disappointing experience. My brand new truck has required two warranty visits due to debris under the tint — even when it was fresh off the lot. At my most recent visit, dog hair was mentioned as a contributing factor. I understand this, but the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. I was also surprised to be told that ‘no tint is perfect.’
