I had a very negative experience here before the business closed. I have no complaints about the owner, he was polite, respectful, and genuinely tried to help. Prior to my appointment, I received two emails and multiple text confirmations, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional.
