I have had work done by them before back in the early 2000's and I received excellent customer service and few times after that it wasn't that bad. Just recently it was atrocious and it was all attributed to them being swamped with business that entire day (that is what, I was told). All, I ask is that you answer questions courteously and not rush me along. It would help if, you would be a little more accommodating and accountable for unsatisfactory work.
