Great work on my 2022 Rav4... The new owner Roberto is an amazing man.
brought my new truck in 2 days old. did a walk through 2x times only a rubber piece loose and tape on my rim. vame back my truck had damage on the rear side no where near waht we marked off. they tell me it was their but we walked it and no damage was signed off in that area, they say they have video,but never showed me. They said the will fix it and call me monday( I pick up the truck on saturday) never called me. I called them and now they say they are looking into it and will call tue. Tinted my Honda look terrible went to another shop they said looks like a beginner worked on it all bubbles!!
My son had an appointment with Tint World Thursday afternoon and their office was closed at 4:30. He even left his job early to be there drove over 60 miles to get to the appointment. And the shop was closed! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SITUATION!!!!
Car detailing cost high, detail job poor. Never recommend.
STOP...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I took our truck in December to get the radio upgraded and protective film put on it. When I picked it up I could barely tell the difference in the sound and stated that to the rep. After a couple weeks I called and was told it would be another $1300 or $1800 to get it right. That is on top of the $1300 I have already paid. I was told I would get refunded for the speakers. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, the excellent window cleaning and tint application by Fred and Aiden! The owner and Aiden were at the front desk and treated me with kindness and care and gave me a great deal! Young Aiden is learning and is going to be a great employee!! Kudos to Fred and Aiden and the Tint World U C. owner.
