Disgraceful. She tells me over the phone to bring my car in about 8-9am, and that they’d need the car for 3-4 hours. So I bring it in at 8:30am, she tells me that it will be ready around “lunch time”. Hours go by, no response. No dramas, maybe they forgot to let me know. So I return at 1pm and they haven’t even started the job yet. The bloke tells me “oh they told me to do the other car first then yours, I need another few hours.” I took my keys and left.
