When I was young and stupid my friends and I used to go to this guy (Rob) all the time because he would install really dark tint when not many others would. Now just about anyone will do it. He scratched all 5 windows on my brand new F150 when he was shaping the tint, using the glass on my vehicle as his cutting board. He said "Ford must use soft glass". Avoid this for auto window tinting – I decided to try Tint Master on N. Oak Trfwy in Gladstone, MO. I was told the car would be ready in an hour or hour and a half. I made sure they had my number when I left. Almost 2 hours later, no call was received so I drove to the business to find out if it was done. I walked in and 6 teenagers were standing inside the garage area, talking and watching TV (my car was finished and parked out front). I asked why I had not received a call and nobody replied. AMAZING – This was my second car that I took to Rob and as usual he did an amazing job. I really appreciated his flexibility because my schedule is really crazy but I just bought a brand new car and wanted the windows tinted right. They give you a life time warranty that I absolutely love. They were very quick and friendly as usual and not only have I recommended them to my friends and family I will continue to advertise for them with the great job done on my car.

Not accredited for obvious reasons! – I travelled 90+ miles on 3 separate occasions to first GET my windows tinted and then for the owner/operator to correct the flaws in the windows on subsequent visits! He lied to me, made excuses, used sarcasm and condescension when confronted about the very poor quality of work on EVERY visit! I have pictures to show that even after the 3rd visit, there are cuts in the films, dirt and lint under the film, and MANY visible air bubbles on every window. Best Tinting Service in KC – Rob does a great job in his craftsmanship and his attention to detail. There is no job to big or small for this outfit. Customer service is great and prices are probably better than the guy down the street. I have had many cars tinted by Tint Master and proudly display the sticker that he provides. Great work Rob!
