I had an appointment and Initial tint service was prompt and the staff friendly, and windows were complete in under an hour. This is where it started to go south. I had my windows tinted with LLumar CTX mass legal limits. As I returned home after the 1.5 hour drive, I noticed that the rear windows (all 5 because of sliding window) were peeling significantly. Shopping around for window tint. Wanted something different than the shops in Lowell had to offer so I took a drive. I asked for a quote and ended up buying their best possible window tint for my GTI. I made an appointment for the next day but they had time to complete my car in under an hour. They are truly an amazing team. I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to come here.
