I have had nothing but a great experience living here everyone is so nice and helpful i would recommend this place to everyone close to everything.
RecommendedIt is unfortunate for those tenants that don’t pay attention to their emails... Prior to the Tinsley Place acquisition, it was quite difficult to park anywhere due to the covered parking being solely restricted to “Reserved” parking. Post acquisition, I’ve noticed an amazing change in the appearance and availability, CitiGate MGMT and Property manager Wendy have brought to Tinsley Place. We were provided 7 emails WARNING us to not park in reserved spots. I personally pay for a spot and expect when I return from a 2 week vaca... read more
Parking is horrible. Never enough parking places. If you do park in one and it is reserved you will be towed without warning for 265.00. And the worst part of it all is management could care less. So if you don’t want the hassle of trying to find a parking place every night don’t rent from them.
City Gate and the new owner completely turned around this property for the better! Great stuff, and a beautiful community with tons of improvements in progress
If you are going to live downtown this is the place to live
Since changing to Citygate Group management the living experience at Tinsley Place has drastically improved. The on-site property managers are wonderful, and it is very clear they care about their residents.
Thanks to Wendy and Dallas for answering our questions and helping us this week! I know our son will LOVE his new apartment at Tinsley Place, and it is great to know excellent management is in order if he has any concerns or needs.
