I moved in here on July 1, 2019. On July 1, I could not even begin moving in until 4PM, because the cleaners were still cleaning my apartment. After inspecting the apartment, I found it not to be clean AT ALL. The floors were FILTHY (completely full of dirt and human/ dog hair). I specifically told the management that I am severely allergic to dogs and needed to live in an apartment where there had been no dogs. The price was great compared to other one bedrooms in Waco. Liz, who works in the office, is so kind and helpful! I’ve never felt unsafe, love having the pool, and maintenance fixes things quickly. I’ve loved my last ten months living here!
the staff here treat you like family and are super friendly! so many places to eat within walking disance you cant beat it!

Highly recommend! Great location and staff on site. This is a newer property in downtown Waco...you CANNOT find a better location than Tinsley Place. I also visited Columbus Heights, newer construction townhomes, just 5 minutes away. Run by the same people. Super cute with fenced backyards. Pet friendly too!
Close to all the great spots in downtown Waco!! Beautiful property with a wonderful staff!! Also - very close to Baylor if you are a student looking for a safe and convenient place to live~
Management and staff are very welcoming and make me excited to live here! It’s a great location and within walking distance of anything downtown!
