The repair work was sloppy. The bumper wasn’t aligned properly, and there were still scratches left on the side. When I pointed it out, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Not worth the money.
Overpriced and unprofessional. They quoted me one price and then added hidden charges when I came to pick up my vehicle. Felt like I was being scammed. Definitely won’t return.
Terrible customer service. My car sat in their shop for almost three weeks and I could barely get any updates. Every time I called, they gave me the runaround. When I finally got my car back, the paint job didn’t even match the rest of the body.
Poor quality paint job. Within a month, the paint started bubbling and peeling. I tried to get them to fix it under warranty, but they refused and blamed me. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
Communication is horrible. They told me my car would be done in 5 days, but it ended up taking 2 weeks. No apology, no explanation. Just excuses. Really disappointing experience.
