I normally don’t write reviews but I created an account to warn future renters and current tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The moment you give them your deposit money, you can kiss it goodbye. They will charge you for everything little thing when you move out even though it’s considered “minor wear and tear”. This is my first review on any company, but i feel people need to know... so here it goes: My Wife and I had recently rented a duplex advertised on Tiner's website..
