A family member had a health emergency and needed to sell a property that this company manages. Tindell offered to sell the property for a 3.5% seller commission. We chose to go with a different realtor. They voided the property management contract, effective immediately. When working with them prior to choosing a different realtor, they appeared unaware of the contracts attached to the property they were managing and proffered inconsistent information. Annoying and snotty agents, excessive fees - $250 for the "admin work" of adding someone to a lease which took maybe 5 minutes and was not done properly (i applied with a dog that was not even added to the lease and the dates were wrong, luckily I moved out less than a week later, unluckily had to pay $250 for "admin work" get off the lease), money grab, seems to be run out of California (basing this off paperwork provided with a CA address). Would not recommend or rent from again.
The landlord was friendly and was very communicative throughout the process! The house was perfect. I hope we get it !
just toured a Tindell and Co property. they booked like 12 of us without saying it was a group showing, everyone was confused and standing in the rain while the leasing agent was 10 mins late. We tried calling the company with no luck. when she finally did arrive, there were no words, no introduction. we were all very confused and the listing was way smaller than portrayed online. which is classic. very bad look, yall
I rented a house from them for over a year. Great experience, never had any issues. If an issue with the house came up they would fix it immediately. Highly recommend using them if you need to rent a place.
