Truly blows my mind how difficult it is to get ahold of some property management (Tindell included) in Portland. Very unimpressed by their lack of communication and follow through. Not a good sign for how they must manage properties.
We have used Tindell for 8 years and they have been solid. They follow the law, try to find the best solutions possible for any given situation, and are consistently very communicative.
Terrible management company they don't do any maintenance they employees don't do anything and take days to have them come amd do something in our apartments. I don't know how they get business.
Jose Garcia is amazing! Very friendly and capable. He replaced our broken sink faucet with a really nice one. And fixed a leak we didn't even know about. He was in and out very fast.
I have an ever-growing list of reasons why no one should rent from Tindell & Co—or consider renting the property we're currently stuck in. From the beginning, the experience has been disorganized and frankly infuriating. Tindell & Co didn’t even assume management until more than two months after our lease began.
