There recent refurbishment is disappointing the front door as i opened it nearly collected a patient sitting behind it. Then whilst making an apt i nearly got collected by the door the whole area is pathetic uncomfortable chairs very un welcoming not accomodating at all no centre table just very white collar square fit out! Very poor taste with people with vertigo or disabilities awkward to always look to the left to get seen/or go to the desk The precious fit out was good why did what’s not broken .. Friendly staff and orthodontists. Office building needs a big update. Very old and outdated.
Where do i start!!! Im no karen lol but The way my son and i was treated today by this man was absolutely disgusting, the way in which he conducted him self as a professional was out right horrifying. All we needed was some advice and a sense of direction for my sons teeth as he suffers from severe ADHD and ASD disorder and that his teeth and jaw is very bad but you treated us like we where doing the wrong thing by you and wasting your time as we didnt have a referral from a dentist to see you.
