A very disappointing experience. Before this visit, I had already seen two well-known prosthodontists in Sarasota. The staff at check-in at Dr. Tindal’s office were friendly. However, they told me they do not handle insurance paperwork. They gave me blank forms and said I would need to fill them out myself. In other dental offices, the staff usually completes the provider section of the forms, so this was unusual for me. For the first visit I paid $150, which is similar to other offices.
