I contacted Tinco to design a play area in the yard for my grandchildren. Joe Tinsley promptly came and suggested several possible approaches. He worked with me to select materials, protect existing plants and trees, and create an inviting space that maximized our view of the lake. The area connects to the steps to the dock, has a fire pit, sitting walls, and a swing set. It is a "gather and play" area that is enjoyed by the adults as much as the grandchildren!

I contacted this company among many others in order to procure landscape services and yard maintenance. The owner, Joe Tinsley, returned my initial phone call quickly, set an appointment and showed up to assess my property. He was very professional and gave a great first impression. That is also where the professionalism ended. After the first contact I had a hard time contacting this company, receiving returning phone calls or emails and they did not follow through with providing a landscape quote in over a month and a half... read more

We had a very large job to do in our backyard after installing a pool, we needed an irrigation system, sod, a rock path leading to the pool and drainage issues that needed to be addressed. Joe came out and discussed all these issues with my husband and said “no problem, we can take care of that for you” and gave us the cost for the job, we agreed to have them do it. We have had Tinco as our lawn care for 5 years! They have saved our beautiful Camelias and maintained our yard well! I would highly recommend their care. They installed our outdoor lights and maintain our sprinkler system. Very dependable also!
