how the hell are you going to charge someone to wash their hands and take their temperature? Prices are always changing depending on who does your nails and they are not proficient and doing 2nd grade math
listen to your customer find a better pricing system that's more transparent and less to your technicians greed with as much as you want to charge you should definitely listen to what your customers saying more instead of arguing with them that it's their fault I will never be back and as for coming down and having an argument around an upset customer in foreign language how unprofessional you should really learn to keep it more business Style instead of making it very apparent that you all are family and want a banter back ... read more

I was recommended by several of my family members and friends to come here. My first visit was July 25. I got a manicure, pedicure and browse. I was not happy with the wait but everything else was fair. I went back on August 12 to get them done over and first off the lady was rude and upset because I didn't want what she wanted me to have. In only 6 days all my are chipped. Tina didn't want to do them over and basically called me a lie by saying this is not 6 days work. I showed her my withdrawal amount on that day to her. Great people, friendly service and great wrk. Definitely recommend and will go back.
They take their time. And make sure your happy and I love my nails they are on point every time. Also Tina does a great job doing eye brows!
