While doing my nails one of the ladies cut my nail bed and didn’t even say sorry or clean it!! She just went on with doing the nails like nothing happened. I’m upset with this experience and wouldn’t recommend coming here. They also had the nerve to charge me the full $55 instead of giving me at least 5 dollars off for the inconvenience. I don’t care much about the money I just want them to apologize whenever someone gets hurt or at least clean it up a bit.
I was very satisfied with what my nail looks. Thank u Jenny for making me welcome and comfortable. Considering this is my first in Tina’s Nail I’m a bit skeptical but after this I will surely will come back here!
I came 4 minutes before close they took me and I was able to get a gel pedicure! The woman who helped me was very skilled and did a great job they have nice pedi chairs and I really appreciate them taking me last minute!
