I went to the salon for a walk-in appointment. I walked in and a nail technician said “Can I help you and I said just nails.” a few seconds later a hispanic woman and her daughter sat next to me. Again the nail technician asked the same question, “Can I help you” then left her station to speak with them personally. I said well I was here before them and I don’t have time for this. I have between going to this salon since April, 2024. This salon is a diamond without a ring. Everyone is so attentive and engaging from Lisa, to LyLy to Tina herself. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You will NOT be disappointed.
Rude....left me sitting in cold water for 20 minutes to do someone one else while I had an appointment. Not the first time. Service doesn't even deserve one star. Been going there for years. I'm done. Note age of good reviews.
