Flowers never got delivered. I received a call day of the delivery that she had a few questions. I called her back twice and never got an answer, no call back. The cost of the flowers was not taken out of my account thankfully however still frustrating that I wanted flowers delivered for a loved one going through a difficult time and she never received them.

Flowers were never delivered despite receiving order confirmation and my account being debited for the sale. I have tried to reach out via email and phone with no success. The business voice mail box has been full for several days. My 86th year old mother was greatly disappointed that I "forgot" her birthday. Not the right way to run a business.

I placed an order online and did not receive the flowers. I called several times and emailed and I never got a response. I would not order here.

I have ordered many times in the past few years. The service was great!!! I ordered flowers for my moms birthday this year, Aug, and they were never sent. I have called, left messages, now the mailbox is full, as well as emailed. Have not received any sort of response. I’m very disappointed. I can’t help but wonder if something happened to the business owner and that worries me…
