I cannot say enough about how seamless professional and helpful everybody was from the the front desk staff to the assistant Ruth right to Dr. Zeng. I arrived at the office without an appointment, with pain in my left eye and inability to see. The front desk staff was very understanding. She had no available spot, but gave me the number to contact for triage and reassured me if I explained my situation they will schedule a visit as soon as possible.
