Tina is the best! This is the second home that Tina has helped us buy and the first time getting our house sold. She is so knowledgeable about everything about what to do to get your home ready to sell - from how to declutter and organize your home, from the photographer (who was spectacular, by the way!), to the best time for an open house, to then weeding through all the offers!
