Bought a home through another realtor but Tina was the listing agent. She hardly gets back to you and blatantly lies about pertinent contract items. Absolutely unreal she s a seasoned realtor.
The staff here was very accommodating and knowledgeable. They were very familiar with the area and what was available. It was nice to always have someone there to answer my questions. They were a dependable company to work with.

This has been a nightmare - I am a property owner who hired Kathy to manage a rental property when I separated from the Marines. She was aware of the time and money put into the landscaping to minimize maintanence along with grass in the backyard for a family to enjoy. After renting the property a previous tenant let the grass die and Kathy kept the deposit to repair the yard, I was told. I would not rent a property that is managed by Hecht Realty. They are unresponsive if problems occur. I was left without the use of major appliances and nothing was done to correct the situation. In addition, HECHT REALTY was late in returning part of my security deposit and cheated me out of the rest of it, charging me for repairs that were made to the major appliances that never worked the whole time I was in residence. AVOID ANY PROPERTY MANAGED MY HECHT REALTY AT ALL COSTS OR ELSE BE PREPARED TO PAY THE PRICE!!
UNION MEMBERS BOYCOTT Mary Howard SHE WILL NOT SUPPORT THE UNIONS AND IS A VERY ANGRY WOMEN.
