We actually saw Dr. Heils partner Dr. Starnes. This facility is awesome, the ladies at the desk are so friendly. The assistants are very professional and all know you by name. Dr. Starnes is a perfectionist! Basic cleanings and checkups have been great - but the real test came with caps and fillings. Once again FLAWLESS! We are so lucky to have found these ladies. Thank you Dr. Starnes!
I have not any major work done, but my teeth cleanings go well every time I go. Both my husband and I have been at her facility for two and a half years. We love that they have a nice office, with high tech gadgets, and they have early morning cleanings.
This is a wonderful practice. Very friendly service. Never had to wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. I am able to go on my lunch hour and they get me in and out well within an hour. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I've been a patient for the longest time. I'm satisfied at the treatments,but the customer service is very poor. I never owed them a single penny, when they found out that I was changing insurance they made sure that I pay out of pocket before I left the place. Sure enough the insurance covered the treatments and reimbursed them. And if I didn't check with them about the insurance payments they would not have refunded me my money. Poor Dr. Heil... very good dentist, poor customer service.

My family and I have gone to Dr Heil for a little over one year and we have been satisfied with the service but always seem to have add'l charges added to our bill. We have insurance thru Cigna and Dr Heil is a recommended dentist. It seems that they don't honor the usual and customary charges that the insurance company pays. Even for cleanings and X-Rays we are billed for a small amount every time.
very good, found it a great experience vs my old dentists. new technolgoy helps as does the pleasant staff
During cleaning, a filling was removed accidently. Then Dr. Heil filled it, then BILLED me for it. I refused to pay and they have now had the balls to report a charge off on my credit report.
