My recent visit was a horrible experience. Dr. Chaudhry has since left the practice and will be missed. Unfortunately, this was my first visit with Tina Douroudian and she was very unprofessional. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
Very disappointing experience with the staff. We have an appointment for a little kid and got late by few min, they have cancelled it without notification. The front desk staff and the doctor are not all concerned for the patients.This doctor and office location is not at all recommended.
Dr. Tina Douroudian I had a truly disappointing experience with this doctor and their office. Unfortunately, a small mistake on my daughter's part - forgetting to clean her lenses one day - led to an incredibly rude response from the staff. To make matters worse, not only did they cancel our contract, but they also kept 50% of our $2500 bill just for one month treatment. Dr. Tina Douroudian is a great Optometrist and an even better human being! Her staff is outstanding and an extremely customer friendly.
