Horrible experience selling my business. I dropped price $110k in the two years it was listed. Had to correct listing numerous times because of incorrect information.Only five showings,of which two she was more than 15 minutes late and I showed my own property. Did not have net sheet when she presented the offer I signed. Only after she emailed did I notice that although I had come down so much and offer was for another $35k less(I countered additional $10k), she also had me paying spring taxes,I demanded that be changed.
