She is a nice person. But she is interested in selling you a house, not ensuring the house you're looking at is a good option. She doesn't scrutinize a property, has no real expertise in what to look at when evaluating a house, is afraid to negotiate effectively on your behalf, and uses an inspection company that missed a water leak and mold in the house i bought through her. If you're looking for some fearless agents who will enthusiastically go after it and sell your property, then contact the Tina Coons team. They just know how to get it done. The previous agents didn't respond to my calls and one of them didn't even list the property. If you are trying hard to sell, go see them!
