Would leave less but this was my only option. I scheduled my first appointment.I had read the negative reviews but decided to book anyways. Bad mistake. My appointment was at 12:30pm (during my lunch break). I got there at 12;20 and was in a room by 12:30. I waited 30 minutes with no one coming in to check on me. I finally walked out. The doctor was sitting behind the reception counter and asked if something wrong. I said your time is no more valuable than my time. Never apologized. Aske

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. My daughter saw Dr. Venetos for the first time for a body check (moles, etc.) and to check on a small area on her torso that looked suspicious. Dr. Venetos spent barely 5 minutes with her. She rushed the exam and gave her a few samples and a prescription. Her staff was civil at best. Greatly disappointed. Online reviews confirm her standard service is rushed and poor bedside manner. Should have checked them first. Would not recommend.

All the horrible things are true! Rude, rushed and I waited forever! Treated a small wart on my palm with dry ice and missed half of it. TERRIBLE

I have a handful of friends who told me she is awful but I thought I'd try anyway. The girls at the front desk are terrible. Cold and wouldn't say hi. Waited a while in waiting room and exam room. Dr. Venetos came in and seemed in a hurry. Her assistant came across as stuck up and rude. They both acted as if me being there was a bother. Treated me as a number. In and out...next! She quickly prescribed meds. Never mentioned they cost over $1000. Careless, no bedside manor. Do not recommend AT ALL

All the staff here is very sullen and rude. Only passable medical care also. I will never go back.
