My cranberry honey is something I never knew I needed. Excellence. Ryan is very knowledgeable and professional. I suggest the Japanese Gojiberry green tea.
I love the variety of loose leaf tea available, especially my favorite tea which is hard to find--Assam! I appreciate the new customer discount and the low shipping cost.
I've been drinking loose leaf teas for over four years now, and I am a huge fan of Tin Roof. Their selection can't be beat, especially in the southeast. Each employee was knowledgeable about their different types of teas. What sets them apart is their special events and newsletters. It is very clear that they know what they're doing and that they enjoy it. I've since moved to a different state but will continue to order teas from them - especially The Ambassador!
The best place for real tea lovers!! Huge selection of all things tea!! The staff is friendly and helpful and I love the free samples of tea while I browse! Who could ask for more!

I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. Never disappointed. My last experience was memorable because I asked for a limited time tea that was from back in February and even though they did not have it, the manager, Mr. Hinson, went in the back and grabbed the ingredients and made a bag just for me. Amazing!
