Working conditions are that you're hot in the summer and freezing in the winter. One of the co-owner's, Mark, rides around in a wheelchair all day, though he can walk. He also brings in his newest vehicle's to park, so all the employee's see what they can't afford. Christmas bonus is pizza. Wage is below your worth. You can be fired if someone just says something negative about you, without warning, or inquiry. My recommendation is you look elsewhere for employment.
All of my experiences with Tinmar have been great. Very nice and professional people.
Most of the people that work here do DRUGS while on the job at lunch time and on there break. The they they try to pay people UNDER THE TABLE and then lay off workers because they can get cheaper labor the sales people are two faced and the owners are constantly taking workers from the factory to there home to do manual labor. IF YOU WORK THERE AND HAVE A RESPONSE KEEP IT TO YOUR SELF EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID IS TRUE AND I CAN PROVE IT THIS IS JUST SOMEONE TELLING THE TRUTH!@!!!!!
