Food was not very good at the tin hut food truck
Average brisket, sides were horrid. Mac and cheese was probably out of a Cargill plastic bag, canned beans. Portions were pitifully miniscule. Overpriced for what it is. I would rather eat a hotdog. (Dog Days 2026 @ Pioneer Park food trucks)
Need to announce that they will be closed for “training.” Had no idea until I drove there and walked up to the door where a small sign said they were closed.

They have a food truck and that's what I'm basing this review on. Gf got a brisket sandwich and I got the bbq bowl. We've eaten plenty of bbq in Texas and this just doesn't hit the spot. Mac and cheese didn't really have any flavor, the brisket seemed a bit dry on both of ours and didn't even feel like we got any good bark that we love.
