We got food from the food truck at the South Sound BBQ festival. The event was from 11am to 7pm, and we were in line to eat at about 2:30. We were in line 30 to 40 minutes, and when we were a few people away from ordering, they ran out of brisket, which is what we were actually hoping to get. I tried their food truck at a recent BBQ event in Lacey. For me, it was average at best. The beans tasted canned with some sauce to try and diminish the tin taste. The mac n cheese had no flavor and left me disappointed. The brisket could really of used some seasoning. The staff was great, but it's a thumbs down for me y'all

Average brisket, sides were horrid. Mac and cheese was probably out of a Cargill plastic bag, canned beans. Portions were pitifully miniscule. Overpriced for what it is. I would rather eat a hotdog. (Dog Days 2026 @ Pioneer Park food trucks)

Need to announce that they will be closed for “training.” Had no idea until I drove there and walked up to the door where a small sign said they were closed.
